address. Remember, shoes can not be worn, damaged, and
all tags have to stay on. If your are exchanging an item which is worth more then $40.00, there will be $13.00 charge, because of the fact that the item has to be re-ordered from the warehouse and then shipped again.If item is send to be
returned please write an explanation on the receipt
sent along with the item. P.S. There will be a $20.00
re-stocking fee on each pair of shoe returned.
NO Returns on Clearance Products.
Exchanges and returns need to be mailed pre-paid
and insured too:
ALL returned packages must be wrapped properly.
ALL UNWRAPPED PACKAGES WILL BE REFUSED.
Please do not adhere shipping labels and tape directly to the manufacturer’s package.
